Official: Guindo moves to Serie C

TRANSFERS Six months before the end of his contract, Mohamed Yaya Guindo is leaving Neerpede. The 18-year-old striker moves to Pro Vercelli, a club from the Italian Serie C.


Yaya Guindo had been sidelined for a while by Anderlecht. Because of an attitude problem, he wasn't allowed to train with the U21 for a while. Last week, he openly expressed his dissatisfaction on Twitter.

Pro Vercelli is currently seventh in the A-series of the Serie C. According to the club, Yaya Guindo got interest from several Italian clubs.
