U21 wins easily against Cercle Brugge

YOUTH The U21 of Anderlecht has won easily from Cercle Brugge on Monday evening. It became 3-0. The final score was already on the board halfway. Enock Agyei opened the score. Kristian Arnstad (photo) scored the two other goals before half-time.
 


Cercle's youngsters had only collected nine points in their first eleven league games, but started quite well. Nevertheless, Enock Agyei gave Anderlecht the lead after twelve minutes.  

Half an hour later, the score was still on the board, but Kristian Arnstad decided the game with two goals in three minutes just before half-time. First he pushed a Mario Stroeykens cross into the goal and in the added time of the first half he converted a penalty kick.

The second half was uneventful. Stroeykens' 4-0 goal was disallowed for offside. So it remained 3-0.

The purple and white take 28 out of 30 and are well on their way to 1B.
