OTHER The federal prosecutor's office has announced the names of the people it intends to refer to court in Operation Zero. It concerns 56 people. These include Herman Van Holsbeeck, Jo Van Biesbroeck, Philippe Collin, Laurent Denis, Luc Devroe and Christian N'Sengi.

The charges against Van Holsbeeck are not minor. In the Dejan Veljkovic case, he is accused of forging documents (false scouting assignments and non-existent consultancy contracts) and accepting retro commissions without the knowledge of the board of directors. He is also charged for bribery.  In addition, he is also accused of forgery in writing in the Mogi Bayat case.

Collin (in the Veljkovic case) and Van Biesbroeck (in the Bayat case) are also suspected of forgery, as is former Anderlecht lawyer Laurent Denis. Christian N'Sengi is a new name in the dossier. The former Anderlecht youth coach is suspected of drawing up a false document in the context of the transfer of Dodi Lukebakio.

Devroe's case involves forging documents and accepting retro commissions without the knowledge of the board of directors, admittedly from his period at Oostende.

Anderlecht is not the only top club of which (former) directors will have to answer for their actions. Also Michel Louwagie of AA Gent, Bart Verhaeghe and Vincent Mannaert of Club Brugge and Bruno Venanzi of Standard are accused.
