INTERVIEWS For a moment, Wesley Hoedt seemed to become the match winner, but more than about his goal, there was talk afterwards about his way of celebrating. With his hand to his ear, he ran towards the Club fans. After the game, Hoedt acknowledged that he had better not do that. "But the Club fans shouldn't cry when someone does something back at them," he said.

"We created a lot of chances, but the problem is the same as in the beginning of the season: we miss too many," said Hoedt. Hoedt himself scored from a confused phase after a corner kick. It earned him yellow for provocation. "That was not wise and unnecessary," he said afterwards.

Hoedt put it down to the emotion of the moment. "If you're chanted and called names like that the whole match ... Fans who shout and spit should not cry when someone does something back. You have to be a big gentleman in that."

By the way, while doing his explanation in front of the TV camera, Hoedt picked up a coin that was thrown at his head.
