INTERVIEWS RSC Anderlecht heads to Jan Breydel on Sunday with a 12 out of 12, which is already good for confidence in any case. Although Vincent Kompany realizes that they are going to the champions, that doesn't mean that the purple and white will just give up: "Our only ambition is to win there.

But first the match against STVV, Kompany has nice words for Lior Refaelov but emphasizes that for him the collective is still more important.  "I said at halftime that they had to play faster to create more space and depth. So the second half was almost perfect, only we still miss in front of goal far too often. We are failing to reward ourselves, that has to improve."

Lior Refaelov

"We all know Refaelov's qualities but I am more the man of the collective. That's why I'm pleased that Ashimeru also scored and that Raman stood out with some very nice actions."

Yellow danger for Murillo and Olsson

Kristoffer Olsson and Amir Murillo both had four yellow cards behind their names. So the danger against STVV was that they picked up a fifth and thus had to miss the game against Club Brugge. "It has actually never been an option with me to leave them out of the core or put them on the bench for that reason. You don't kick out people who are in shape. If they had picked up a fifth yellow, I would have seen how I would have solved it. But the assignment was to take the three points against STVV."

Club Brugge

Sunday then and the trip to Jan Breydel. "That's always a game we look forward to. We know we are playing against the champions but go there to win. We have to show the best version of ourselves there, that's what the result will depend on."
