Anderlecht lost in friendly game

Anderlecht have lost again of a German team. After Bayern last season and Werder Bremen and Bochum this year, also Hertha Berlin were too strong for the Mauves. The final score in this friendly game was 2-3.


Anderlecht started bad. After 8 minutes the Germans were already 0-2 ahead. Tihinen came close to a goal for the Mauves, but his ball was cleared right before the line.
Though the Belgian side scored before the break. Grégoire's effort ended up in the nets: 1-2.

Right after the break, Hertha struck again: 1-3. Anderlecht got a penalty shortly before time, which was scored by Jestrovic: 2-3. That was also the final score.
