INTERVIEWS After four draws, Anderlecht could won again on Sunday. That also satisfies Benito Raman. "We knew that if we played our game, we would win," he sounded off after the match. "Because, besides STVV, we should have won those previous matches as well."

"We controlled the whole game, except for the last ten minutes," Raman told after the game. "Those were not good enough. Then we let Beerschot play too much and that should not happen. We have to be concentrated for ninety minutes and play out that match easily. At the end it still got, I shall not say hot, but unpleasant."

Against a club in dirty papers like Beerschot, it is important to score quickly. "They were scared to get a goal in in the first five minutes. But the longer it takes to score, the harder it becomes. In the end, we scored four times. That's certainly not bad. After the 2-1 it became a bit more difficult, but we reacted well and played out the game well."

On the second goal, Raman received the congratulations, but officially the goal goes into the books as Shankland's own-goal. "I head the ball. If you check the rules and you head the ball towards goal, it should be my goal. Whether it was really towards goal, I have to look again. Whether it's my goal or an own-goal, the important thing is that we win. But I would still like to put it to my name."

Raman could have made more, though. "I missed a lot of chances today yes," he laughs. "It's maybe typical me: one time I need a lot of chances to score, while last week I get one and it's goal."

After four draws Anderlecht knotted up again with a win. "At STVV it was not good, but the other matches we should always have won. It was fortunate that we didn't lose those matches either. Today it was a must and we did it. We knew that if we played our game, we would win."
