TRANSFERS According to the Walloon newspaper Sudpresse, Bart Verbruggen will be the second goalkeeper next season after Hendrik Van Crombrugge. That means that Timon Wellenreuther drops to third place in the pecking order. The German may not like that and so a departure is possible.

When Wellenreuther leaves, Anderlecht needs another third goalkeeper. Because Warner Hahn's contract will not be extended either. Sudpresse drops Kenny Steppe's name as a potential third goalkeeper. He was already in the picture last summer, but then he chose to stay with STVV. Now Anderlecht would think of him again, according to the newspaper.

The 32-year-old Steppe started the season as a fixed value, but after ten match days he lost his starting place to the Japanese Daniel Schmidt. Steppe still has a contract with STVV until 2023.
