Kompany will start a trainer course at the end of March

OTHER Unless corona disturbs it, Vincent Kompany can start his trainer course at the end of March. It would run until the end of June 2022. It was still exciting because there are only 20 places available and there were 55 candidates.


Kris Van Der Haegen, head of training at the Belgian Football Association, explains the selection. "It is always a difficult selection, but we have given preference to trainers who are already active at the highest level. Kompany is one of them, of course as coach of Anderlecht."

Kompany is not the only coach who is selected, also Mbaye Leye, who is currently head coach of Standard, will start the trainer course in March.
