Anderlecht wants Ashimeru

OTHER According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Anderlecht wants Majeed Ashimeru, a Ghanaian midfielder (23) from RB Salzburg. Ashimeru must provide more competition and accommodate the likely departure of Percy Tau.


Ashimeru has been on loan to Lustenau, Wolfsberger and St. Gallen since 2017. Anderlecht would like to hire the midfielder with a purchase option. Ashimeru admitted that his agent is preparing the transfer. The Ghanaian is skipping between the bench and the starting eleven at Salzburg this season. Ashimeru should cost about € 3 million.
