INTERVIEWS Early this week, Marcin Wasilewski said goodbye to his career as a player. The rumor soon followed that he would engage in 'cage fighting'. His agent Michel Thiry immediately contradicts those rumors, which would have been launched by a promoter of cage fighting.

"To be honest, for the moment he has no idea what to do next", says Thiry about Wasilewski, "Maybe he will open a football school, become chairman of a football club, a commentator. Anything is possible, but nothing has been decided yet. . "

"What I am sure is that if Anderlecht would call, he would not say no. That club is in his heart. Maybe he can already start with a trainer's degree. Even if he does not want to become a trainer, it never hurts to start already.", Thiry concludes.
