GAMES The 1 / 16th finals in the Belgian Cup will be postponed until after the winter break. That is because clubs from the amateur competitions are still in the cup and they are currently not allowed to play football due to the corona measures. As a result of the postponement, the 18th matchday in the league will also change date.

Playing a cup match on December 15, 16 or 17 is not feasible. The Pro League therefore decided to move the 1 / 16th finals of the Belgian Cup to January 9 and 10. Anderlecht have to play against Club Liège, a team from the first amateur division against Club Liège.

On the original date in December, the 18th matchday will now be completed. It was planned for December 22 and 23, but will be moved forward a few days and will be played before matchday 17. On December 22 and 23, other postponed games will be played. Finally, the Pro League set the permanent playing times for match days 17 to 20.
