"Tau is one of my points of contact on the field"

INTERVIEWS Vincent Kompany had a lot of praise for Percy Tau after the game against Antwerp. The South African was also very active on the field yesterday. He gains the confidence of Kompany and that is exactly what he needs to perform.


"Tau is a leader on the field and I need that. During the game, he is one of my points of contact to pass on directions," said Kompany.

Mother club Brighton & Hove Albion can in principle call Tau back in January, but that chance is small. Although they do follow his performance at RSC Anderlecht closely and are more than happy with what they see, so never say never. But the rules for work permits in England are still very strict, so Tau cannot play there anyway at the moment.
