A transfer of Dewaest is blocked right now

TRANSFERS RSC Anderlecht still have a few days to attract a defender and he is more than necessary. The club inquired at Genk for Sébastien Dewaest, but they only want to sell, not loan him out. So there is still work to be done for Peter Verbeke.
 


The Transfer Deadline Day of the summer mercato this year is October 5, so a few more days to go. Reinforcement in the back is a must, as has been shown several times in recent games.

So the Dewaest became an option again, but Genk does not want to rent him out, even though Dewaest is in the B-squad after a discussion with former coach Wolf. There is also a chance that he will move back to the first team now that Jess Thorup is in charge there.

Verbeke must therefore continue to scan the transfer market to bring in a defender at the latest on Monday.
