Mykhaylichenko in pre-selection national team

OTHER Bogdan Mykhaylichenko sees his strong debut at Anderlecht rewarded with a pre-selection for the national team. National coach Andrei Shevchenko added Mykhaylichenko to the 36-man squad he announced ten days ago.


On September 3 and 6, Ukraine will play in the Nations League against Switzerland and Spain. On August 11, Shevchenko announced a selection of 36 players for these games. Today he added Mykhaylichenko as the 37th player. In a few days Shevchenko will reduce the selection and with the group that remains, he will start preparing for the international matches.

Mykhaylichenko has the company of many well-known names back in the preselection. Igor Plastun, Roman Bezus, Roman Yaremchuk (all AA Gent), Eduard Sobol (Club Brugge) and Yevhen Makarenko (on loan from Anderlecht to Kortrijk) are also on the list.
