No official bid on Kompany yet

Vincent Kompany could show himself yesterday in Barcelona when he played for the World's All-Star-Team. Despite his good game, not a single team has informed about the young defender.


"I can assure you that nor Inter nor Chelsea did an official bid on Kompany", said manager Jacques Liechtenstein. "Vincent can go to about 20 top clubs. Though I can't tell you right now which team has the best chances."

But the manager is ambitious. "Why not Real Madrid? They need a good defender. But on the other hand, it's not yet sure if Vincent will leave Anderlecht in June."
