Official: Joveljic joins Anderlecht on loan

TRANSFERS Anderlecht achieved a second reinforcement during the transfer period. The young Serbian striker Dejan Joveljic (21) comes over from Eintracht Frankfurt. It is a loan-deal until the end of the season, without option to buy.

In its first communication, Anderlecht reported that it had negotiated a purchase option. That message was refuted by Frankfurt not much later. This has also disappeared from Anderlecht's reporting.

Frankfurt won Joveljic last summer at Red Star Belgrade, where he debuted at the age of 18 and scored 14 goals in 28 official games. He didn't play enough at Frankfurt.
