Official: Makarenko on loan to KV Kortrijk

TRANSFERS Evgen Makarenko leaves on loan Anderlecht for KV Kortrijk. The Flemish club leases Makarenko for a year and a half, with option. After one year and a half, he returns to his former club.

Makarenko was one of the first transfers from Luc Devroe at the time. The Ukrainian played almost everything in his first five months with Purple & White, partly due to injury from Sven Kums and Adrien Trebel. In December 2018 he himself fell with a serious injury. Only a year later he was fit again. The past weeks he has always been in the competition, but he did not play.
