De Caigny shoots Anderlecht to the cup final

DAMES On Saturday, the Anderlecht women's team had to compete against the women from Genk for the semi-final of the Belgian Cup. Anderlecht won the match convincingly against the Limburgers with 0-3.


At 4 pm, Anderlecht faced Genk in the semi-final of the Belgian Cup. It was still 0-0 at half time, but after the break the women from Anderlecht managed to score three times. De Caigny, number three at  the Golden shoe for women, opened the score shortly after the break. Fifteen minutes later it was Van Gorp's turn with the 0-2. Not much later, De Caigny scored the last goal of the match, 0-3 final score. As a result.

The Anderlecht women's team currently has the most cup titles, namely 10. KAA Ghent won the last cup of Belgium last year against Standard de Liège.
