OTHER After the second draw in a row, Anderlecht see the top six running further and further away. The number six Charleroi now has seven more points. But the numbers four to six have all played one match less than Anderlecht.

After thirteen match days the number six Charleroi and number five Antwerp count 21 points. Ghent is fourth with 22 points. These three teams have a catch-up game as well. Number three KV Mechelen, like Anderlecht, have played thirteen games. The Maneblussers have 23 points. That is nine more than Anderlecht.

'Mathematically it is still possible': do you remember the tune that we heard every time between 2002 and 2012 when the Red Devils played a European or World Cup qualifying match? In the coming weeks and months, we fear that this will increasingly be done for Anderlecht. The Purple & White will urgently have to put down a series if it wants to get into Play-Off 1.
