INTERVIEWS Michel Vlap scored twice against Ostend, although one was disapproved for offside. Father Jan Vlap sees that his son has adapted to Anderlecht in no time. "Michel feels good here," he says.

Father Vlap tells in Het Nieuwsblad that Vincent Kompany requires his son to play goal-oriented football and always looking for an offensive solution. "He may lose the ball once, as long as he kicks vertical passes and is playable," says Jan Vlap. "It also goes well with Kompany. He often pulls up and knows how to find Michel. Sandler will soon play like that. That can work."

Vlap has meanwhile also found an apartment and his girlfriend Claire is also moving to Brussels. She continues her studies in our capital. "You notice that Michel is really settling down to contribute to the growth of Anderlecht," concludes his father.
