"Nasri is a unique player"

INTERVIEWS Vincent Kompany welcomed three transfers at RSC Anderlecht: Michel Vlap, Samir Nasri and Philippe Sandler. Three players, each with their own quality. But not only can they count on Kompany's praise, the youth has also positively surprised him.


"Michel Vlap is a player with a lot of scoring ability. He makes a lot of actions and also is a threat in front of the goal. Samir Nasri is a unique player. Players like him are not often encountered in your career", Kompany praises , "He is always present in both large and small games. He has so much talent and technique at the ball."

"Sandler is one of the most talented young defenders in Europe for me," Kompany continues, "He is very strong in the duels."

But not only the transfers can count on the approval of the player-manager, also the youngsters get a compliment. "Many players have positively surprised me during the preparation and especially the youngsters. I have seen great progress with them. I never thought I would work with youngsters who have so much quality."
