TRANSFERS Steaua Bucharest would want to get Alexandru Chipciu back. The Romanian starts his final contract year and can leave at RSC Anderlecht. In 2016, the club paid 3.3 million euros to Steaua Bucharest, which want to rent the Romanian now.
