"The difference in level is already noticeable"

INTERVIEWS Pär Zetterberg was assigned a different role under Vincent Kompany, a role that suits him completely. The Swede now gets more responsibility on the field and focuses primarily on the offensive players. A season like the previous can in any case not happen.


"Although I think we were not that dramatic, it was mainly a lack of confidence. But when I compare with the last game against AA Ghent, the difference in level is already big. Now we play football", Zetterberg is honest.

The word title is not used by anyone, although the ambitions are high: "We will certainly not accept a repeat of last season, that was embarrassing. The title is not a must, but it is allowed. We want to be in any case better than last season."
