Bornauw not suspended

OTHER Sebastiaan Bornauw does not have to miss this weekend's game against Antwerp because of his red card against Standard last Sunday. The Football Union had proposed an effective suspension for one match day. The Disputes Committee did not follow the question and made it a conditional suspension.


Anderlecht did not accept the amicable settlement of the Federal Prosecutor's Office and that is why the Disputes Committee was argued yesterday. If Bornauw picks up red again before May 8 next year, then he must also serve this suspension day. If he does not do this, it will remain with the exclusion. The defender must pay a fine of 500 euros.
