TRANSFERS Mohammed Dauda has not been able to convince Vitesse to lift his option and to take him over from Anderlecht. The Algemeen Dagblad reports that Vitesse is letting him go. He has not succeeded in enforcing a place in the starting eleven in recent months.

The 21-year-old Ghanaian was in the starting eleven six times and came in six times. He never played the entire game. He scored three times. Dauda still has a two-year contract with Anderlecht.

In Ghana people are completely convinced of Dauda's form. Football Made in Ghana learned from a good source that the striker may report to the U23 next month for the play-off matches for the Africa Cup U23 against Algeria.
