Broos and Vanden Stock disagree about the team

Anderlecht are already 4 points behind on Club Brugge in the battle for the Belgian title. The Mauves still believe in it, but it seems that not every one is convinced of the quality in the team.


"Club Brugge are better at the moment", said Hugo Broos in the newspapers. "Even their replacements are better. It used to be different. But mark my words, I said 'at this moment'. We have too many injured players right now. When they return, the team will be as strong as the Brugian one."

Chairman Vanden Stock disagrees:
"We don't have to panic now. Anderlecht are just 4 points behind. We only played 11 games, the season is still long. Brugge aren't better than we are and we will prove it."
