Lokeren obtained a draw against RSC Anderlecht. Club Bruges has a four-points lead on Anderlecht now. Anderlecht played well in the second half, but didn't finish off the chances.

It seemed to become an easy match for Anderlecht. Wilhelmsson made a serious effort, and after a great action he scored with a terrific goal: 0-1 in the 13th minute. After the goal, Walter Baseggio made a great opportunity to score the 0-2.
Lokeren started playing more attacking, and could dominate Anderlecht. Mbaye gave the assist for Tailson, 1-1.
After a very weak kick by Tristan Peersman, Lokeren scored again, by Ademilson: 2-1.
The Mauves tried to change the situation. Right before the break, they came close to the equaliser, but Aruna hit the post. A bit later he scored, but the referee saw off-side.

Though Anderlecht got what they deserved. After 48 minutes, Aruna equalised on a center of Baseggio.
RSCA had to score one more time now and they pushed forward. Aruna again came close to the winning goal, but he was unlucky when a defender whiped his ball off the line. A bit later one of his efforts hit the cross-bar. Hugo Broos tried turn the tide and he brought in the young Gerk for a weak Lovre. But his replacement came too late and the game ended on a draw.
