Verschaeren signs until 2022

OTHER It has happened, Yari Verschaeren has extended his contract with RSC Anderlecht until 2022. The negotiations had been going on for a while and today the 17-year-old has put his signature. Much to the delight of Michaël Verchueren, Jean Kindermans and probably also the supporters.


"The signing of this contract symbolizes the policy of RSC Anderlecht, a policy in which the youth plays a central role," said Michael Verschueren. "We are very happy that Yari has extended his contract."

Director of the youth academy Jean Kindermans is also delighted: “We don't have to explain that Yari is a top talent. He proves that every week at the first team. I am therefore very happy with this contract extension. It shows that he believes in the trajectory that we have been developing with him since the U9 and wants to continue it in the future."
