Bayat sends bailiff to RSC Anderlecht

OTHER Mogi Bayat has been free for a few weeks now. He did not get a work ban and he simply carries out his duties as an agent. On Tuesday, he sent a bailiff to RSC Anderlecht to seize the assets of purple and white.


RSC Anderlecht stopped all payments to the agents after the eruption of 'Operation Clean Hands', the club first wanted full transparency on all transfers. Meanwhile, there are already some agents paid, but not yet Mogi Bayat. The agent requires about 1 million euros of purple-white in arrears.

Anderlecht is particularly indignant about the timing, just now the license files are being negotiated. Marc Coucke regards this as a blow to the club to destabilize the club. The club therefore also appeals in summary proceedings.
