Verschueren: "According to us, Rutten fits best with the club"

INTERVIEWS Michael Verschueren gave a short introduction at the beginning of the press conference to explain the choice for Fred Rutten. According to the board, Rutten is the most suitable trainer for the current situation at RSC Anderlecht.


"There were several options, we will not ignore that, but ultimately the choice fell on Fred Rutten because we think he is the person with the right profile for the current situation of the club, he is strong in communication and likes to work with youngsters. We hope that we can work together with Fred for a long time", says Verschueren.
