Finally first place in starting eleven for Dendoncker

OTHER On the twentieth matchday of the Premier League, Leander Dendoncker stood for the first time at the starting eleven at Wolverhampton. Anderlecht's youth product stunted and beat Tottenham at home 1-3. Dendoncker did go to the side when the Wolves were still behind.


In the 68th minute, Dendoncker was the second Wolverhampton player to get rest. His club then was 1-0 behind. In the last eighteen minutes, however, it scored three more times.

For Dendoncker it was hardly the second time this season that he came into action. Earlier, he was allowed to play nine minutes against Chelsea on the fifteenth matchday (2-1 win).
