Coucke wants to pump 30 to 35 million extra in Anderlecht

OTHER There was an important shareholders' meeting on the program yesterday. Marc Coucke wants to implement a capital increase of 30 to 35 million euros. Only then all shareholders have to invest the same amount.
 


If Coucke pumps extra money into the club, the other shareholders must follow. Otherwise, the value of the shares they own will decrease. Most shareholders are willing to follow Coucke. Only Johan Beerlandt (5 percent shares) and the two daughters of Roger Vanden Stock (together also 5 percent shares) still have some objections.

Coucke hopes that the decision will be made quickly. He wants to add the capital increase with a view to winter transfers.
