TRANSFERS Last winter, Anderlecht wanted to get an other striker and the Polish Jakub Swierczok was an option. Hein Vanhaezebrouck, however, vetoed, so Swierczek did not come, according to Sport / Voetbalmagazine. He then went to the Bulgarian Ludogorets.

Swierczok had just scored 16 times in 21 games for the Polish Zaglebie Lubin. Vanhaezebrouck, however, did not consider him good enough and so he did not come. Swierczok then went to the Bulgarian champion. There is he mainly a substitute, but since his transfer he scored nine league goals in 921 minutes.
