TRANSFERS According to Bulgarian media, there was a scout from Anderlecht on Monday during the international game between Hungary and Slovenia. Purple-white, like Galatasaray, wanted to see Todor Nedelev, Kiril Despodov and Ivelin Popov, that's how it sounds.

Of the three players only Popov came into action. Despodov was missing due to an injury and Nedelev was suspended.

The 31-year-old Ivelin Popov is an attacking midfielder and plays at Spartak Moscow, but this season floats between the bench and the starting eleven. Spartak paid six million euros for him three years ago. His contract expires at the end of this season. Popov has been a fixture in the Bulgarian national team for ten years. He played 77 international matches and scored fifteen goals.

Todor Nedelev is a 25-year-old left winger who plays for Botev Plovdiv. This season he scored five goals and gave six assists in fifteen games. His contract runs until 2020 and his value is one million euros. Between January 2014 and January 2016, the 21-fold international played for Mainz, but he only played fifteen minutes in the Bundesliga.

Right wing attacker Kiril Despodov is one of the rising stars of Bulgarian football. The 22-year-old player from CSKA Sofia scored nine times this season and gave six assists. In the preliminary round of the Europa League, his counter stands at two eacht in five matches. Over the past year, his market value rose from 500,000 euros to two million euros. In the last Nations League, he started in each game and scored once, against Cyprus.
