OTHER According to newspaper De Tijd , Herman Van Holsbeeck did indeed misbehaved and is therefore a target in the 'Clean Hands' operation. The newspaper writes that Van Holsbeeck, as manager of Anderlecht, did VAT fraud and that Marc Coucke therefore fired him.

The investigators investigated the walk of Van Holsbeeck in the framework of private commissions for transfers. "Legally, it comes down to corruption and bribery", writes the newspaper. Later, the investigators also found indications of VAT fraud.

The latter would also have been discovered by Marc Coucke after his appointment as chairman. "The financial malpractices of Van Holsbeeck would have been the reason for his resignation from Anderlecht, after the new owner, Marc Coucke, took over the club", it sounds.
