House search at Anderlecht, Van Holsbeeck is being investigated

OTHER The federal prosecutor has done a house search at Anderlecht. That has confirmed the club. This is part of an investigation into money laundering and match fixing around agents Mogi Bayat and Dejan Veljkovic. Herman Van Holsbeeck has been arrested for questioning.


Bayat and Veljkovic are suspected of money laundering and fixing matches last season. The court suspects that with the transfers that Bayat and Veljkovic do, financially not everything is in order.

In the context of the research, house searches took place at Anderlecht, Club Brugge, Lokeren, Ghent, Genk, Standard and KV Kortrijk. Club has been arrested and questioned. The same happened with Herman Van Holsbeeck. That confirms the public prosecutor's office.
