GAMES Anyone who hoped that Anderlecht would take the first step towards resurrection against Dinamo Zagreb has been disappointed. A soulless team went down with 0-2. Purple-white hardly got a chance, got a stupid penalty against and played one half with ten after a stupid red card.

Anderlecht started with good intentions and immediately played on the half of Dinamo. The busy Bakkali caused the first danger. After his dribble, he kicked not far beside the goal. The visitors react via Olmo, but Didillon got it. A first sign that Anderlecht handed over the game.

After twenty minutes of play, Najar played the ball back dangerously. Petkovic could pick him up and dive into the sixteen of Anderlecht. Although the Croatian from a sharp angle could never be dangerous, Vranjes pulled him down: yellow and penalty. Hajrovic did not fail.

After this goal, the Anderlecht-defense was completely upset. First Petkovic and shortly afterwards Gojak could just go their chance. Fortunately, Didillon was there. Anderlecht only reacted fifteen minutes after the 0-1. Amuzu passed his man and found Santini. His volley went over by a meter. Dimata was close just before half time: his deviated ball ended millimeters beside the goal.

The second half started dramatically. After just ten seconds, Anderlecht had to continue with ten. Vranjes again with a stupid foul and he got his second yellow. Didillon saved well on the following free kick. A little later he did the same when Hajrovic was allowed to head on the goal, although the ball was 95 percent over the line.

On the hour, Dimata suffered ball loss on the midfield. Olmo was able to advance and Didillon again had a helping hand. The ball came straight to him and through his fists and the bar the Spaniard's shot went over. Not much later, Hajrovic escaped from red. Although the ball was already gone, he went full on Amuzu's leg.

Halfway through the second half, the books were closed. Gojak started from 25 meters. The ball hit on Makarenko, which put Didillon on the wrong foot: 0-2. After the second visiting goal the game dragged to the end. Bakkali got a distance shot between the posts, but that was it.

No, it was not good. The Anderlecht supporters continued to encourage his team a whole match. Hein Vanhaezebrouck can not complain about this. About what he saw between the lines, on the other hand ...
