Gouano alternative for Sanneh?

The 24-year-old Gouano plays for Amiens since last summer. He had a top season and immediately became captain. At the end of July he was already linked to Anderlecht, but purple-white then set his sights on Babacarr Sanneh of Midtjylland. However, the Gambian is not an easy target.

Like Sanneh, Gouano is a right footed central defender. According to L'Equipe, Anderlecht made a first bid of five million euros at the beginning of the summer, but this was rejected. A second bid of six million euros followed recently, and Amiens also ignored this.

On Saturday Gouano played the full game with Amiens, but since yesterday he does not show up for the training sessions.
