TRANSFERS Anderlecht hoped to catch ten million euros this summer for Lukasz Teodorczyk, but it has only become a fraction of that amount. Udinese paid between two and four million euros. This shows how hard Teodorczyk Anderlecht had to leave.

From Poland it sounded that Anderlecht was going to let him go for seven million euros, but the Belgian newspapers know that this is not true. Het Nieuwsblad speaks of an amount between two and four million euros. Het Laatste Nieuws talks about 3.5 million euros plus some bonuses. Udinese was the only club that was concrete, but struggled to meet Teodorczyk's salary requirements. That is why Anderlecht had to lower the asking price.

The man behind this transfer is Mogi Bayat. The fact that Marc Coucke and Luc Devroe allowed him to settle the deal shows, just like the low transfer price, how hard they wanted to get rid of Teodorczyk and his heavy contract.
