Favorite transfer # 1: Chancel Mbemba

History: In the summer of 2012, Anderlecht picked up Mbemba in the Congo. The defender first played a season for the U21, before being taken to the first team. Mbemba played 77 games for the Purple & White and was good for nine goals.

In the summer of 2015, Newcastle paid twelve million euros for him. It never became an undivided success. At the end of July, Porto put eight million euros on the table to get him.

Profile: Mbemba is certainly not the biggest central defender with his 1m82, but compensates this a lot with his jumping power. The Congolese is fast and has a decent pass.
