Doumbia presented at Ahmat Grozny

TRANSFERS Ahmat Grozny has officially confirmed the transfer of Idrissa Doumbia. The Ivorian signs a contract for five years. Anderlecht announced the transfer last week. On his website, Grozny explains why they are only doing this now.


"Sometimes one of the parties, journalists or agents are ahead of the facts, and our club is honoring the principle of only announcing a transfer when all documents have been signed, the player has been medically inspected and he has signed his contract", that is how it sounds at Ahmat Grozny. According to the Russian club, the final formalities with Anderlecht were completed on Friday.
