"I'm not leaving because of Coucke's statements"

INTERVIEWS Marc Coucke is working on a rehabilitation at RSC Anderlecht to make the club financially healthy again. One of the departments he is dealing with is the scouting cell where "half of the scouts do nothing", according to the chairman. Urbain Hassaert, head of the youth scouting, emphasizes that he does not leave because of the statements of the chairman.


Hassaert returns to Ajax Amsterdam, where he already had been working. "Coucke's statements do not have anything to do with my departure, I worked at Anderlecht sometimes 12 hours a day and at my age that is just too much" (Hasaert is 77 years old) Before the board change I had already indicated that I was going to leave, "says Hassaert.
