Confirmation: Anderlecht hires Markovic

TRANSFERS Lazar Markovic comes on loan from Liverpool to Anderlecht. This makes the surprise complete after a transfersoap that lasted all day. Anderlecht seemed to be able to bring back an old acquaintance with Mitrovic to the Astridpark, but could not find an agreement with Newcastle.


Shortly before the closing of the transfer market, Mogi Bayat still came up with a new name: Markovic is on loan from Liverpool. The Serbian realized a top transfer from Benfica to the English superpower, but could not meet expectations. A whole series of lending sessions followed and Anderlecht will now be his next destination for a half year. With many fans, this scenario will probably recall memories of the failed loan periods of Djuricic and Marin. It is therefore possible to speak of a surprising turn in the file of the strikers.

After Saief and Moriako, Markovic is the third reinforcement. Outgoing, the transfers of Hanni and Stanciu are remarkable. Earlier, Harbaoui and Beric left the club.
