GAMES Anderlecht couldn't win their first home game in the league under trainer Vanhaezebrouck. The Mauves were beaten by a goal of Aidoo after 50 minutes of play. The Belgian champions are now already 12 points behind leader Bruges.

Anderlecht started with a lot of good intentions, but the quality of the centers was poor. Also Genk didn't show much. The most remarkable phase was a kick of Teodorzcyk on Aidoo. The Polish striker only got yellow.

The second half started with an excellent chance for Anderlecht through Onyekuru. In the same phase, the ball hit the upright twice. On the other side, Genk did manage to score with a header of Aidoo. Anderlecht tried to turn the tide with chances for Onyekuru and Harbaoui, without success.
