The clubs wants to build a new training center in Neerpede. The construction will start next year and in 2006, the first part must be finished. The total price is around 10 million euro.

Roger Vanden Stock: "This money we put in this center will be a better investment than a new striker".

Philippe Collin: "We'll introduce the project in November. After a few administrative issues, the construction can begin. It will be finished in January 2006. The project consists out of 6 fases. This includes the move of the sportive activities from the stadium to Neerpede, and the construction of 7 pitches and a building with 24 rooms. We traveled a lot to visit other similar centers in Europe. We have many good ideas."

Since Anderlecht are of big social importance in Brussels and since it's almost the only professional club in the capital, the board expects many subsidies (namely 40% of the government). This means that the club will probably have to pay only 6 million euro.

The goal is to keep the ticketing, accountancy and commercial business inside the stadium. Everything else will move to Neerpede.
