Anderlecht lost 2-1 to Club Bruges on sunday. Aleksandar Mitrovic scored the 0-1, but Obbi Oulare and Ruud Vormer scored for the home team in the end. Anderlecht deserved to win, but went home without only one point.
Compared to the game against Standard, Besnik Hasi replaced Bram Nuytinck and Leander Dendoncker for Fabrice N'Sakala and Youri Tielemans. Anderlecht started good. The first opportunities were for the visitors.
Aleksandar Mitrovic scored the 0-1 after 26 minutes. Anderlecht led halfway.
Anderlecht had a few opportunities to double the score, but failed. It deserved a pentaly after a foul from Davy De Fauw on Frank Acheampong, but didn't get it.
After 67 Michel Preud'homme replaced José Izquierdo by Obbi Oulare. A great move. Oulare scored the equalizer and in the end, Ruud Vormer scored the winning goal for Bruges.
Anderlecht is now five points behind Club Bruges.
