Doumbia almost went to Lille

TRANSFERS Idrissa Doumbia went to Zulte Waregem on loan, but he was close to being a player of Lille OSC. This says Zulte Waregem manager Eddy Cordier.


According to Cordier, Doumbia was very close to Lille and Anderlecht could receive a nice amount of money for him. But Anderlecht preferred to send him to Zulte Waregem on loan, because they see a big future for him in Anderlecht.
