Chinese offer for Acheampong

TRANSFERS Frank Acheampong has received an offer from the Chinese team Tianjin Teda. It would be an odd transfer, since Acheampong absolutely wanted to go to England and Tianjin has no place left for a player from abroad. 


Acheampong has a deal with Anderlecht that he can leave under certain conditions. The winger dreams about England, but he's a bit afraid of fighting against degradation. In Sudpresse, his agent said that talks are going on with several clubs, but everything has to be just right. 

A transfer to Tianjin Teda would certainly be interesting financially. The asking price of Anderlecht should not be a problem. Acheampong himself would gain an amount that is hard to refuse. He will have to decide quickly, since the Chinese transfer market is closing in three days. Also, Tianjin Teda will have to sell a foreign player before it can buy Acheampong.
