Anderlecht win 12th Supercup

Anderlecht took the first price of the season yesterday. The Mauves were victorious in the Supercup by beating Lokeren with 2-1. Mitrovic opened the score and an own goal of Odoi decided the match.


There were not many chances in the first half. Anderlecht tried the hardest to score though and was rewarded with a goal: Cyriac sent Acheampong past the visiting defensive and the offered the 1-0 to Mitrovic.

After the break, Lokeren put pressure on Anderlecht's defensive and the equaliser came via Harbaoui after 73 minutes. Anderlecht launched a new offensive and one minute in stoppage time, Odoi scored an own goal under pressure of Anderlecht's strikers.
